It’s a big city, you work long hours, and travel back and forth to your work place, the whole setup is understandably hectic. The hectic life is taking a toll on many a life functions. Our health is compromised, we live in constant stress and on top of all, we are going backwards in our social evolution graph! Yes, it is shocking, that we, the much advanced creed of human species; the modern humans of 21st century are in fact less social.
