I have been raising request to transfer money from sride to my bank account it’s not being transfer. Trying since 1 month and dropping multiple mails but no action. Is the app closed ?

Issue summary :
Ride was booked at 1:56 PM today but it was reverted back at 3:03PM which I did not cancel, but the carpooler told that he did not receive the payment as I did not cancel the ride.
Please check and confirm on priority
