When I used to go by bike to my office almost 22kms one way; I started experiencing backache, heavy pollution threats and even driving risks in rains.
Then I thought to buy a car and start commuting by it. Only after buying the car, did I realize that it is highly unfair that one person travelling alone by a car, while others are stuck in traffic, waiting for buses and what not.
Carpooling with people whom I know was not feasible due to mismatch in timings and routes.
Then I came to know about sRide through one of my friends, and since then my way of commuting has completely changed.
I started offering the rides on my new car and I started getting compliments on my new car and my safe driving as well.
Since the last 2-3 months that I have been using sRide, I just love the flexibility and ease of communication this app offers!
It’a a win-win situation for everyone, since fuel expenses get reduced due to fair charges the app gives to car owners, affordable charges for the co-riders, flexibility to change your ride partner any day (If you are late someday, you will get some other co-rider).
And not just that , co-riders have
now becoming friends. It is also safe and reliable for anyone.
You can save money, save time, save nature and enjoy the journey.
I recall the song from ‘jab we
met’ – ham jo chalne lage, chalne lage hai yeh raste, manzil se badkar lagne
hai yeh raste !
हम जो चलने लगे , चलने लगे है ये रास्तें ; मंज़िल से बढ़कर लगने लगे है ये रास्तें !
Actually, there are many incidents to mention, but one I remember the most is what I will cite herein.
2 new users of sRide signed up as car owners by mistake and contacted each other for a ride. After realizing, they fixed the profile and searched again.
Next day, both of them ended up riding in my car and that point made us realize. “it’s such a small world.!”
The internet has compressed it in
such a way that we can just extend our hand and touch it!!
I wish all S-ride users to spread the news to maximum people they know, so that everyone can take advantage of carpooling. Moreover, in broader way, burden on the city roads, traffic congestion, air pollution can be reduced to maximum extent… So people Go sRide
