Skills Needed to Succeed:
- 2 – 5 years of prior experience in customer service email support
- Hands-on Experience in customer service software like Freshdesk or zendesk
- Proficient on Microsoft excel, word, and outlook
- Basic understanding of SQL, Linux, and s3 will be plus
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Passionate and eager to learn new skills
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to adapt to different environments
