Skills Needed to Succeed:

  • 2 – 5 years of prior experience in customer service email support
  • Hands-on Experience in customer service software like Freshdesk or zendesk
  • Proficient on Microsoft excel, word, and outlook
  • Basic understanding of SQL, Linux, and s3 will be plus
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Passionate and eager to learn new skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to adapt to different environments
