I started using sRide in June of 2016. Initially I was little hesitant to offer rides as I was not sure what my colleagues or other friends would think about it, as if I has started making additional perks by helping people. Later, I realised that I am helping people who are really in need of a ride and some of them stay very close by to my home. I stopped worrying about people around me and started using it more and more. One thing for sure, carpooling has helped me plan my day better. It helped me finish work and go back home on time and spend more time with my family. At times, obligations do fetch you real purpose and I see it happening via sRide. Today, twice a week I offer rides and twice a week I take rides. One day a week, I use my bike. I guess I am helping nature somehow.

Being a HR, I get to listen & understand different problems and how people around can connect and share suggestions. Every ride is a case study by itself. This has helped me a lot and I was able to help people with their career paths and I could fill couple of positions in my organization as well! Hiring at no extra cost! Thanks, sRide for being so many things : carpool app that helps to reduce traffic , save environment, make new friend and also a recruiting platform at times.

Only advise I would like to give – TRUST is a big factor that helps bring a great change. I trust sRide for their great initiative.
